EU-JRC study: Supply prospects uncertain on the world coal market

Based in Petten in the Netherlands the JRC is a joint scientific service operated by the various Directorates-General of the European Commission. While the findings of the JRC do not represent the official position of the Commission, they do constitute scientific expertise that is supported and recognised by that body.
